Please note: You don’t have to –

Dust or organize items beforehand.
Initially donate or throw anything away. We make those determinations based on experience and market value.
Remove items hanging on walls or take clothing out of closets and placing them in bags. Leaving items in place prevents unnecessary double handling.
Sort personal items. We carefully set aside photos, documents, and storage media for you.

While antiques and collectibles can certainly add interest to the sale, they’re not required for it to be successful. Volume, variety, advertising and proper presentation drive results.
